Please send security issues to the security address and not to support, so they reach the people who handle them.

What to include in a report

• The email address you sign in to Cruxes with.
• Where it happened: the web app, or which host you connected from (Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini CLI), and the host version if you know it.
• What you asked, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot or the exact error text helps.
• The tool involved, if any (for example get_handoff or detect_cruxes), and roughly when it happened, with your time zone.
• A session or crux id if you have one. Do not send passwords, access tokens or anything you would not want to be read by a person.

Asking for your data to be deleted

Email privacy@cruxes.io from the address you sign in with and say whether you want specific decisions deleted or your whole account. How requests are handled, and your other rights over your data, are set out on the privacy page.
